"I have had nothing but great experiences here for 3 years. As a young adult, I was nervous about making my own account and taking care of these things independently. This is the insurance company I chose with confidence. I got the lowest quote, for the most coverage, and some of the best service I've recieved anywhere. I was even encouraged to apply for drive safe and save and it had absolutely helped me save, even when my scores are not perfect. It also has amazing safety features. After a winter accident and ending up in a ditch, it immediately detected the accident and sent me a notification asking if I needed assistance, and I was able to have a tow truck to me within the hour! It also gives me some peace of mind, knowing if I was to ever be involved in a more serious accident, someone would be alerted. Any issues or confusion I have with my plan is always resolved with anyone I speak to in a respectful and polite manner. I truly have no complaints. 3 years later I'm paying less than $100/month, which is significantly less than some people I know going through other companies. State Farm is great!"

"Called them 3 times when my husband died suddenly to ask questions about our policies and not only did no one express condolences, no one had the decency to call me back. All 3 times was a guy named Hunter who couldn't care less. Called again to ask why my policy increased when it should have decreased, and Hunter hung up on me after a 7 minute hold. Just called to let them know that I've changed insurance companies, and Alyssa obviously didn't care why I'm dropping them, because she didn't ask. Such unprofessional and uncaring people, I'll never deal with them again. FYI, saving over $1,000 a year with the Yellow Emu one. And they're great."

"State Farm as a whole is a decent company although they have made the claims process more difficult than it should be at times. That's why having a local agent whom you can reach out to is important. Dan has helped us get things taken care of when the online/phone process stalled. Rates are competitive but the value in my opinion comes from having the local office opposed to one of the companies with no brick and mortar locations. Dan has reworked our policies over the years as needed to not only save us money but more importantly to ensure we have complete coverage. Worth calling for a quote or sit down to run the numbers."

At first I couldn't find an insurance company to cover my motorcycle with business coverage, and this office has that kind of coverage.
